HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
If the Product is in stock, we will process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. 

  1. During public holidays, our warehouse is closed. So if you place an order on a public holiday or the day before, delivery times will be extended by another 1-2 business days. 
  2. If we are having a sale, delivery times may be extended by an extra 2-4 business days. 
  3. Deliveries to certain remote areas may add an addition 5-7 business days due to logistical difficulties in making such deliveries. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERIES?
Unless otherwise advertised on our Website, for all orders in excess of $100, shipping is free. Otherwise we charge a flat shipping fee of $9.50 per delivery in Australia. International shipping fees differ based on country. 

WHEN CAN I START TRACKING MY ORDER?
Once you receive your shipment confirmation email and the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, will you be able to start tracking your order. There may be some delay between the status of an order and the tracking information available on the carrier website. However, the carriers will usually update their information within one business day.
