To initiate a return request, you have a few options:
a. If you received damaged or incorrect items, please send us a photo and a description of the issue to curiaskbrand@gmail.com. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly respond and guide you through the process.
b. If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size or color, please return the item and email us at curiaskbrand@gmail.com with your preferred size or color. Once we receive the return, we'll process the exchange. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply, and we'll inform you accordingly.
c. If you changed your mind and wish to return an item, we offer store credit for the full amount (excluding shipping, if applicable). Store credits are valid for 24 months and make excellent gifts!
Returned products must be in brand-new condition.
We will process your return as soon as we receive it at our warehouse and checked into our system. If you requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 5 days after receiving the return for us to process it. Rest assured, you'll receive an immediate refund confirmation email when the refund is processed. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and your bank's processing time.
