PSEUDONYMS AND ANONYMITY
If you decide to use pseudonyms or remain anonymous when dealing with us, which is your right, the use of pseudonyms may prevent our ability to communicate with you effectively and / or provide you with products and services or for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This is especially relevant where your ordered goods need to be delivered to your postal address, or your ordered goods are subject to age restrictions such as the supply of alcohol.


WHAT ROLE DO COOKIES PLAY
Not the choc chip types, these cookies are snippets of information captured when your device is used to access online content. We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our products and services via the channels you have nominated. If you would like us to update or amend your personal information, please log into our website www.curiask.com and amend it accordingly. 

COMPLAINTS
If you believe that your privacy has been breached, please contact us immediately.

The Curiask team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint/request within 48 hours and respond to your complaint/request within 5 business days. We will then work with you until the complaint/issue is resolved. 

ANY OTHER SERVICES
Our privacy policy will apply to any other services such as seasonal or temporary services, promotions, social media events, products, competitions or displays.
